My role during the internship at SharpHeberg<\/p>\n
During my internship at SharpHeberg, I joined the digital communications\/marketing team with the main mission of strengthening the company’s online visibility, improving content strategy and optimizing engagement on social networks. My role covered a wide range of tasks, from content writing to graphic and video creation, as well as competitive analysis.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
1. Propose content ideas (articles, videos, social network posts)<\/p>\n
Context: SharpHeberg wanted to diversify its content to attract new customers and retain the existing community.<\/p>\n
Action: I analyzed industry trends, observed competitors’ strategies and proposed an editorial calendar with different formats (technical articles, tutorial videos, engaging posts).<\/p>\n
Result: The overall engagement rate increased on LinkedIn and Instagram (+22% in 2 months), and several ideas were incorporated into the company’s long-term strategy.<\/p>\n

2. Writing blog articles (in English)<\/p>\n
Context: The company wanted to strengthen its international presence.<\/p>\n
Action: I wrote several blog articles in English, drawing on technical research and adopting an educational tone adapted to the target audience.<\/p>\n
Result: One of the articles was featured in the SharpHeberg newsletter and generated a 15% increase in traffic to the site the week it was published.<\/p>\n

3. Creation of trendy publications for social networks<\/p>\n
Context: The company wanted to boost its presence on X, Instagram and LinkedIn.<\/p>\n
Action: I created attractive visuals (carousels, infographics) in line with SharpHeberg’s tech news and offering, while respecting the graphic charter.<\/p>\n
Result: Monthly impressions on Instagram increased by +40%, with several publications shared by tech influencers.<\/p>\n

4. Designing thumbnails for videos and posts<\/p>\n
Context: YouTube videos and posts lacked engaging visual elements.<\/p>\n
Action: I designed striking thumbnails that respected the platform’s visual codes (legible titles, high contrast, strong facial expressions).<\/p>\n
Result: The click-through rate (CTR) of YouTube videos increased from 3.1% to 5.4% on average.<\/p>\n

5. Production of video tutorials for YouTube<\/p>\n
Context: There was a lack of visual documentation to guide users through the services.<\/p>\n
Action: I scripted, recorded and edited several video tutorials (e.g. \u201cHow to install WordPress in 5 minutes on your VPS\u201d).<\/p>\n
Result: These videos have reduced repetitive requests to technical support and have been integrated into the customer knowledge base.<\/p>\n

6. Competitive analysis (offers, communication, positioning)<\/p>\n
Context: The company wanted to reposition its VPS offers to remain competitive.<\/p>\n
Action: I carried out a survey of direct competitors (prices, offers, editorial style) and provided a summary report with recommendations.<\/p>\n
